Shante' J is a 34 - year-old mother of two. She's a native from Memphis, Tn, where she currently resides. At a young age, Shante' participated in various activities such as singing & performing in various talent shows, writing poetry and writing music.
 
Although, she wasn't able to fulfill a career in music she developed a new love, writing. 
Being an avid reader, a hopeless romantic, and a lover of urban romance story's she knew that urban fiction was the genre she wanted to write in. Her ultimate goal is to write amazing books, become a best seller, and to inspire others to fulfill their dreams. Signing with Mzlady P Presents in January 2017, Shante has penned 3 novels. Her debut novel "Something in my Heart" was released in March 2017
